How this works
- A new studio is "off". Lorenzo allowed studios without written consent "for now" on 2026-10-14; such a switch to "on" still needs a note naming that decision.
- Permission levels: a, written permission for demoslot.com; b, written permission to redistribute to other sites; c, nothing in writing. "on" without level b needs a note, stored in the audit trail.
- Launchable counts the games a test partner can launch now: active, not broken, with a valid demo. "robots.txt" means the studio forbids our checker, so its games launch unchecked.
